In EastEnders, Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean) will provide Zack Hudson (James Farrar) a shoulder to cry on as he shares the findings of his baby’s scans in heartbreaking scenes.
After recently learning that he has HIV, Zack finds it difficult to handle all that is going on in his life and eventually sobs in front of Sharon.
Once Zack accepted the notion of fatherhood following his one-night fling with Whitney Dean (Shona McGarty), things started to look up for him.
He was quickly deflated, nevertheless, when he learned that an old friend with whom he had previously shared steroid needles had been HIV-positive.
Zack learned that he had also contracted HIV after getting tested.
Zack, who is still humiliated of his own diagnosis, instead confides in Sharon about Whitney’s diagnosis of omphalocele and what it might imply for their unborn child.
In an effort to help her brother, Sharon offers some guidance based on her own parenting experiences. She exhorts him to stand with Whitney and the infant.
Will Zack follow Sharon’s advice and stand up for her now that he feels better after opening up about some of his mental turmoil?
