In Emmerdale, Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) merely wants what is best for his son Kyle (Huey Quinn), but he is unhappy when he is once more denied contact with him.
Kyle was detained shortly after Christmas for the murder of Al Chapman after Caleb Milligan (Will Ash) urged him to be honest.
Prior to it, Cain had been the one behind bars after confessing to the crime to keep his kid out of jail.
Kyle was granted bail earlier this year with the restriction that he not speak to Cain before the trial.

Amy Wyatt (Natalie Ann Jamieson) has maintained those standards despite a few hiccups here and there, no matter how savage Cain became.
In a recent spoiler clip, Cain visits in order to speak with Kyle, and she stays true to them.
He wants to reassure his son by explaining things to him because he has experience with the legal system.
Amy, on the other hand, maintains that she has already spoken to him and that the fact that Cain has already been there and done that proves the reason for his absence.
He grudgingly departs since Amy is emphatic that he should leave her in charge of the situation.
Will he take her advice or try to reach Kyle anyway?
