To everyone’s delight, Paddy Kirk (Dominic Brunt) comes home.

The vet pretends to be happy in order to placate Marlon Dingle (Mark Charnock), but his act falls apart and he ends up distraught and broken. Paddy writes a letter to Bear Wolf (Joshua Richards) after saying his final goodbyes in secret. Bear Wolf subsequently finds the letter and takes action.

When Rhona Goskirk (Zoe Henry) reveals that the bolt gun is missing from the vet clinic, everyone becomes desperate to locate Paddy as Marlon rushes to find him.

The day of Kyle Wincester’s (Huey Quinn) hearing finally comes, and everyone in the village is on edge.

When Amy Wyatt (Natalie Ann Jamieson) reveals her intention to obtain full custody of her son, Matty Barton (Ash Palmisciano) is conflicted. Meanwhile, Cain (Jeff Hordley) forcibly forces his way inside to speak to his son, much to Amy’s chagrin.

But Caleb Milligan (William Ash) convinces her to change her mind by showing her how crucial it is for the father and boy to have a moment together. When Kyle’s attorney calls with important news, what kind of future awaits him?

When Marshall Hamston (Max Fletcher) discloses that his father Colin (Mark Noble) is sending him away to boarding school, Arthur Thomas (Alfie Clarke) is left speechless.

Marshall denies that he has emotions for Arthur, saying that they are just friends. However, Colin soon spots the two of them together in the village, and he is furious.

These sequences will be shown during Emmerdale on ITV1 and ITVX on Monday, February 27.
