We have been recording every piece of information we come across since EastEnders’ spectacular flash-forward episode aired last month, and it now seems that we may have another one to add to the list that connects Alfie Moon (Shane Richie) to the murder.
If you’ve been hiding for the previous several weeks, allow us to fill you in on what you’ve been missing.
Back in February, an episode of EastEnders that featured six of Walford’s most recognisable ladies staging a lock-in at the Queen Vic included the show’s first-ever flash-forward sequence.
Linda Carter (Kellie Bright), Suki Panesar (Balvinder Sopal), Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean), Kathy Beale (Gillian Taylforth), Denise Fox (Diane Parish), and Stacey Slater are collectively known as “The Six” (Lacey Turner).
We were given a peek of Christmas 2023 and what it might hold for these cherished characters during the flash-forward.

When the camera switched to an unidentified corpse lying on the ground, Sharon said that “he” had passed away, leaving viewers speechless.
Excited viewers have been searching everywhere for information on the identify of the victim ever since.
The most recent hint surfaced in the most current EastEnders episode, which aired on March 23.
Many people are aware of Stacey’s struggles with the expense of living, which led her to borrow money from a loan shark, who has since been demanding it back in an unkind manner.

Shiv, a loan shark, came up to Stacey’s bap van and demanded £200, which Stacey lacked.
Alfie, a family friend who had just staged a bridal dress sale, suddenly appeared with the money. (Don’t even begin to discuss the hints there.)
Satisfied, Shiv referred to Alfie as Stacey’s “hero in shining armour” in a statement that fans jumped on.
Now, we’ll excuse you if you gasped at that if you’re following this case as carefully as we are.
When it first appeared in the flash-forward scene, the idea of a “knight in shining armour” has been at the centre of several fan theories.
A picture of the bar showed it to be all decked up for Christmas, along with an armour outfit that seemed out of place, while Sharon knelt over the dead.
After additional examination, it is generally accepted that the armour, which was positioned behind Stacey, no less, was done so on purpose.
Might Shiv be on to something when he describes Alfie as Stacey’s “hero in shining armour”?
Chris Clenshaw, the show’s executive producer, added fuel to the fire by repeating the term both immediately after the broadcast and again several days later in an interview with ITV’s Loose Women.
The discovery of a picture of Shirley and Dean has turned Linda’s life on its head, but she is compelled to concentrate on finding a new business partner or risk losing her house. The castle keys are something Sharon and Nish both want, but her knight in shining armour may not be who you expect. He spoke.
When Linda was unable to open the Queen Vic after losing her childhood boyfriend Mick, Alfie previously came to her aid.
We think we may be onto something since both the “hero in shining armour” and Alfie have close ties to Stacey and Linda.
While we can’t speak for you, we can definitely picture Alfie sporting
