Freddie Slater (Bobby Brazier) is poised to take a journey down memory lane in forthcoming EastEnders scenes, when he returns back to school to face a teacher.
As Freddie takes two females out on dates at once and ends up confusing them, Jean Slater (Gillian Wright) challenges his intellect, which inflames feelings for Freddie.
Guilty Jean proposes that Freddie find his old teacher Mr. Hawthorne and confront him about how he acted when Freddie was his student in an effort to put things right.
At first Freddie is apprehensive, but soon Bobby Beale (Clay Milner Russell) makes it obvious that he is in favour of Jean’s notion.
Freddie chooses to carry out the plan after discussing it with his pal.
He returns to his former school to finally face Mr. Hawthorne in an effort to find closure.
Of course, he doesn’t travel alone; Harvey (Ross Boatman), Bobby, and Jean all offer to accompany him for moral support.
Following the confrontation, Freddie is left feeling proud of himself for standing up to his bully of a teacher.
Will this provide him with the necessary closure, or will it ultimately raise more questions?
