In tonight’s (April 27) episode of EastEnders, Amy Mitchell (Ellie Dadd) goes missing, which causes major concern for stepmother Denise Fox (Diane Parish) and father Jack Branning (Scott Maslen).
Since Amy essentially compelled Denise to inform Jack about her illicit romance with bad boy Ravi Gulati (Aaron Thiara), the teen’s mental health has deteriorated dramatically.
Therefore, everyone fears the worst when Amy vanishes shortly before therapy to help her stop self-harming.
Fortunately, Amy is found by Chelsea Fox (Zaraah Abrahams), but she is experiencing a panic attack.

The rest of the family is waiting while she brings Amy to the therapy office. Ricky Mitchell, her half-brother, joins the argument and claims that Amy’s self-harming is to blame for their family’s decline.
How would a distraught Amy respond?
As DS Giles (Alexander Theo) arrives and asks what is in the boxes, Keanu Taylor (Danny Walters), who has resorted to crime to pay for Albie’s baptism, is in the middle of making a delivery for Ravi.

DS Giles is shown to not be a copper at all, so Keanu plays it cool and refuses to open them without a search warrant. He is criminal leader Christos, who put Keanu and Ravi to the test to see how they would perform under duress.
He is pleased with the team and extends an offer of further work to them. Keanu first wants to decline until Ravi exhibits a stack of notes. Will Keanu get more deeply entangled in the criminal underworld?
When Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean) asks Zack Hudson (James Farrar) to be Albie’s godfather, Zack Hudson (James Farrar) scrambles away in tears.
Will Zack agree to serve as the child’s godfather, with Bernie Taylor (Clair Norris) serving as godmother? Zack admits he worries about disappointing Albie since he usually leaves at the first indication of problems.
Ben Mitchell (Max Bowden), who is suppressing his affections for Lola Pearce (Danielle Harold), a terminally sick woman, is also in jeopardy.
Will Ben listen when his mother Kathy Beale (Gillian Taylforth) asks him to rely on Callum Highway (Tony Clay) for support?
Tonight at 7.30 p.m. on BBC One, EastEnders will resume.
