For the inhabitants of the titular hamlet, Emmerdale has planned two hot and unexpected affairs, along with a lot of plotting and a terrifying automobile accident.

Next week (May 22–26), when Liam Cavanagh (Jonny McPherson) is nominated for a literary prize, Wendy Posner (Susan Cookson) goes to great lengths to assist celebrate his accomplishment.

Liam is moved, but things quickly escalate over the festive evening, resulting in the two donning costumes, drinking champagne, and moving towards one another as the music plays.

Angel is told to get in the vehicle by Nicola, who decides to drive their daughter to her appointment.

But tragedy comes when Moira Dingle’s (Natalie J. Robb) automobile collides with the councillor’s at an unseen intersection outside of the settlement.

Angel is found comatose in the back of Nicola’s smashed automobile, horrifying both Nicola and Moira as they depart their cars. How will Angel fare?

These scenes will be shown in Emmerdale between May 22 and May 26 at 7:30 p.m. on ITV1 and ITVX.
