Sally Carman, who plays Joe Duttine’s wife on Coronation Street, has celebrated a significant milestone for both she and her husband.
The show’s Tim Metcalfe is played by Joe, who is married to the actress best known for her role as Abi Franklin.
After postponing their wedding several times owing to the Coronavirus epidemic, they eventually got married last year.
With a yellow love emoji and the words “We did,” she referenced her social media caption from 2020, when she and Joe announced their engagement with the words “I did.”
A few months later, the couple took a celebratory honeymoon trip to Lake Garda in Italy.
Sally just uploaded a lovely photo of herself and Joe along with the phrase “5 Years” and, of course, five yellow heart emojis, taking us back to 2018 when rumours about the co-stars’ relationship first broke.
Life has recently been peaceful for Abi in Corrie after a hectic few years.

She supported Aaron (James Craven) in her most recent plot line since she thought he hadn’t raped Amy (Elle Mulvaney). However, Abi listened to the girl and said that she believes her after acknowledging that she was unsure of why Amy changed her mind about calling the police over Aaron.
Tim just bid farewell his daughter Faye (Ellie Leach), who recently departed Weatherfield with Jackson (Joseph Evans) and their daughter Miley, aside from the normal turmoil that comes with being married to his partner, Sally (played by Sally Dynevor, are you keeping up?).
Tim, who believes that his mother Elaine’s lover Stephen (Todd Boyce) looks identical to Geoff Metcalfe and is just with Elaine for her money, will shortly voice his worries about Elaine (Paula Wilcox).
