Since returning to Walford, Lisa Fowler (Lucy Benjamin) has created a web of lies for herself, and in typical EastEnders form, they have now finally come back to bite her.
As soon as she set foot in Albert Square again, it was immediately evident that she had come back solely to exact revenge.
Due to her gambling addiction, Lisa decided to attack Keanu Taylor’s (Danny Walters) bank account. By doing so, she would be able to fuel her habit and drain him of all of his money in one fell swoop.
Soon after, she began to demand money from him in order for him to see his daughter once more.
Keanu broke into Phil Mitchell’s (Steve McFadden) safe to get the cash he needed to pay Lisa back, which is never a good idea for anyone to do.
Letitia Dean’s portrayal of Sharon Watts revealed everything, forcing Phil to listen to Keanu because she was terrified that if he learned the truth from a third party, he could decide to hurt Keanu.
As the two talked about Lisa’s motivations for extorting Keanu, they became aware that something didn’t seem quite right.
Lisa returned to the Square and gave Reiss Colwell (Jonny Freeman) Phil’s stolen money after she had been arrested after Phil suspected her of taking his money.
As she went to get Peggy, she ran into an irate Phil, Keanu, Sharon, and Kat Slater (Jessie Wallace), who was waiting for her with some bad news.

Louise had stated the money was needed to help her with her financial problems, but Phil suspected she wasn’t being completely honest about the degree of those problems. Phil called Louise personally and told Lisa what he had learned from their talk.
He described how she was incensed to discover Lisa had whisked Peggy out of the country without telling her about it after she had just returned from a rejuvenating spa getaway with her aunt Sam Mitchell (Kim Medcalf).
She claimed that she had left Phil’s stolen money with the police when he asked that she turn over his stolen property, but this claim was quickly exposed as a lie as well.
Reiss claimed he didn’t want to get involved in their family issue when he showed up to the house with what was left of the money.
Phil yelled at Lisa to leave, saying he would be keeping Peggy with him, furious that he had been misled once more.
Lisa left with her tail between her legs after realising she had been vanquished.
Will she succeed in winning Peggy back, or will Phil and Keanu fight?
