Aadi Alahan (Adam Hussain), who has lately started dating his boss’s wife Courtney Vance (Stephanie Davis), has recently begun to reveal a completely different side to Coronation Street viewers.
The majority of Aadi’s responsibilities while working for Courtney’s husband Darren (Ryan Early), whom Dev (Jimmi Harkishin) is eager to do business with, have been serving as Courtney’s chauffeur. It didn’t take long for things between them to turn flirty. A sexual relationship quickly developed out of flirtation.
Adam Hussain described his initial feelings as being “nervous and excited” after learning about this plot.
Except for the narrative with Kelly (Millie Gibson), which was more of a beautiful and innocent youthful love, he stated, “I’ve never really done anything quite like that.” It’s fairly vulgar, so this story kicks things up a notch.
The ability to get along with the other person he would be working with was crucial in order to take on a hard storyline. Adam claimed that Stephanie Davis was the ideal fit for the narrative on the show.
Working with Steph has calmed his concerns about the relationship between Aadi and Courtney, he admitted. She’s been incredibly easy to work with, and the fact that she’s such a gifted actress has helped the job turn out fantastic!
Although it has been difficult for Aadi to play this more adult tale, Adam told us he was looking forward to seeing how his character has evolved since he initially assumed the part in 2020.

It has been enjoyable to watch Aadi develop from a little child to a young adult, he said. As a young, aspirational man, it has been a delight to play him, and I look forward to seeing what he does next. Aadi’s once naive demeanour has significantly changed today, especially with this plot. It’s been fun to witness him develop into this young man from when he was first young, naïve, and awkward.
It’s interesting that Adam claimed he is seeing more similarities between the character and his father, Dev, as the character grows older. Dev was quite the womaniser, especially when he was younger. Dev’s wife Sunita (Shobna Gulati), who was expecting twins Aadi and Asha (Tanisha Gorey), learned that Dev had fathered kids with workers at several of his shops in 2005. His previous relationships includes a one-night fling with Deirdre Barlow, an icon (Anne Kirkbride).
Adam assured us, “He is undoubtedly his father’s son.” “I think he has a side that can be similar to Dev, and I’m looking forward to exploring that. I also can’t wait to see what Aadi gets up to next,” the speaker said.
He won’t be watching these ‘raunchy’ sequences with his parents in the interim, for one thing.
It will be a little embarrassing, he acknowledged. I’m aware that they will watch it because they are ardent Corrie viewers, but I won’t be joining them.
