In forthcoming EastEnders episodes, Alfie Moon (Shane Richie) is expected to collapse after learning some unsettling information.
Alfie is enraged when he learns that Tommy Moon (Sonny Kendall) was the one to reveal Freddie Slater (Bobby Brazier) his father’s name, and the two get into a heated argument.
After they argue, Tommy goes to the park with his friend Perry, and Alfie is shocked to see him there. After another argument between the two, he sends him home.
Alfie tries to make amends with Tommy the next day by apologising for being a distant father, but things go south when he forbids Tommy from visiting Perry.
In the midst of the stress, Steve McFadden’s Phil Mitchell (who learned that Tommy punched Alfie) is alarmed when he sees that Alfie is still grinning in agony. As soon as Tommy has departed, he insists that Alfie go to the hospital.
The following day, Alfie makes an effort to divert himself by joining Linda Carter (Kellie Bright) in her appointment with a solicitor as part of her strategy to obtain custody of Mick and Janine’s child.
Tommy, though, soon observes him boarding a taxi headed for Walford General.
After his visit, Alfie goes to Peggy’s, gets wasted, and eventually fights with Phil. He then immediately heads to the Queen Vic to apologies to Linda for missing the meeting.

Linda may sense an issue right away, but Alfie is fast to dissimulate it.
Alfie, who is still processing his recent news, regrets taking Tommy to Boxing Den, but reluctantly agrees to do so after their dispute.
It doesn’t take long for Tommy to raise suspicions by sparring with a little boy, and it quickly becomes apparent that he is anxious about Alfie after having met him the day before on the way to the hospital.
Will Alfie tell anyone what happened during his visit, or will he keep it to himself?
