In EastEnders, sinister Theo Hawthorne (William Ellis) is planning to permanently remove Eve Unwin (Heather Peace).

Theo perceives Eve as the primary impediment between him and Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner) and is determined to remove her from the picture.

For several weeks, the creepy instructor has been monitoring Stacey while surreptitiously paying her for video conversations over the internet.

Theo felt he was making progress in their relationship after numerous dates, but became irritated when Stacey reaffirmed their friendship after Eve’s instructions.

Suki Panesar (Balvinder Sopal) interrupts Theo’s coffee meeting with Stacey to express her concern about Eve, who has gone missing after learning that the investigation against her sister’s killer has been dropped.

Stacey quickly ditches coffee with Theo to join the search for her wife, leaving Theo yearning for vengeance and keen to be rid of Eve.

Stacey brings a traumatised Caz home after they finally find Eve, and Theo instantly sees an opportunity.

When Theo has some alone time with Caz, he encourages her to denounce Eve to the police in the hopes of getting her sent back to prison and away from Stacey for ever.

His plot is interrupted, however, when Eve’s hidden lover Suki overhears his tampering and interferes.

Caz excuses herself for the toilet and exits the room in the middle of the talk. Suki soon becomes suspicious of her disappearance and thinks she has gone to the police station.

Is Theo’s plan to get rid of Eve successful?

And what will happen to Stacey now that Eve is gone?
