Recently, Bobby Beale (Clay Milner Russell) and Anna Knight (Molly Rainford), an EastEnders newbie, have become closer, and their shared kiss hinted at the possibility of romance.
Peter Beale (Thomas Law), who discovered Anna and her sister Gina (Francesca Henry) are his half-sisters through their mother Cindy’s liaison with George Knight (Colin Salmon), has compounded matters by returning to Walford.
The familial connections are about to be revealed with Cindy making a shocking comeback to the Square after 25 years in witness protection, during which time everyone believed she had passed away.
Bobby will be faced with an even greater dilemma as a result of his confession to Anna that he killed his sister Lucy. Bobby now wonders how Anna would respond when she finds that Lucy was also her sister.
We’re unable to keep up with all the siblings, but amid everything, are Bobby and Anna also related?
In EastEnders, are Bobby and Anna related?
Bobby Beale and Anna Knight are not blood relatives, despite the possibility that they have some close familial links.
Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt) and Laura Beale (Hannah Waterman), who passed away in 2004 after stumbling over Bobby’s toys and falling down the stairs, are represented by Bobby Beale.
The daughter of George Knight and Cindy Beale, Anna Knight was brought up by her father when Cindy, then going as Rose Knight while she was in witness protection, left them in 2014.
In other words, their parents are totally distinct from one another. However, here is where the family tree becomes confusing.
Bobby is the adopted brother of Steven Beale, who was adopted by Ian and passed away in 2017, and the half-brother of Peter and Lucy Beale. Steven is Cindy’s child from her affair with former Queen Vic bartender Simon Wicks (Nick Berry).
Gina and Anna Knight are the half-siblings of Peter Beale, who is the son of Ian Beale and Cindy Beale and has the same mother as both Gina and Anna.
Anna is thus the half-sister of Bobby’s half-brother. If you get what I mean.

With her ex-boyfriend Nick Holland, Cindy has six kids in total: Steven, Peter, Lucy, Gina, Anna, and Cindy Jr.
Cindy Jr., who is said to have passed away when Cindy was in labor in a jail in 1998, was a frequent visitor to the Square until 2015.
Tuesday night, as the narrative developed, viewers learned why Cindy abandoned her girls and George in 2014, while the family was residing in Spain.
After learning of Lucy’s death, she left them and went back to Walford covertly, only to be found by Mary, a police handler, who warned her that by doing so, she had endangered not only the lives of the Knights but also her own.
She then reportedly abandoned George, Anna, and Gina in an effort to protect them from harm.
On Wednesday at 7.30 p.m. on BBC One, EastEnders will resume.
