Samantha Giles, a star of Emmerdale, has changed her lifestyle by employing a personal trainer and has spoken out to fans about how she is adjusting.
After a “tough” training session, the Bernice Blackstock actress posted a video to Instagram.
Please pardon me if I appear hot and sweaty; nonetheless, I just finished a very, very intense workout with a personal trainer. Who would’ve guessed it?
“It’s killing me, but I’m trying to become fitter.” So yes, everything is well, and I’ll keep you informed on my progress.
Samantha’s new adventure received many supportive responses from fans who were eager to give her “good vibes.”

All the best for your physical wellness, one person said.
Another wrote, “You can accomplish this, keep it up.”
A third said, “Well done Samantha,” and included two heart-shaped emojis.
Her update follows the disclosure that she would be abruptly leaving her Emmerdale position in the near future.
Since 1998, Samantha has portrayed Bernice, however she has taken three breaks from the part to concentrate on other endeavors.
In 2021, she made her most recent appearance as part of a plot in which she attempted to prevent Liam Cavanagh’s (Jonny McPherson) marriage to Leyla Harding (Roxy Shahidi).
Since Eric Pollard (Chris Chittell) revealed that he was selling the B&B, Bernice has partnered with Bob Hope (Tony Audenshaw) to take over the inn.
As she discussed making a comeback in 2021 and pursuing her passion for other endeavors, Samantha said:
I knew it was time to be brave and return in 2019 to pursue my other passion of writing and concentrate on getting my first book published. As an actress, leaving a role you love is always a difficult decision, and I’d been fortunate to work so consistently for so long which is rare in our industry.
“I’ve already gotten such a great response from Rosemary and The Witches of Pendle Hill, and the pandemic’s downtime allowed me to finish my next two works.” I firmly believe in fate, so when Emmerdale gave me the chance to play Bernice again, I saw that as a sign that our paths had been destined to cross.
