When Freddie Slater (Bobby Brazier) went back to No. 31 to discover the stalker and predator trying to rape Stacey (Lacey Turner), Theo Hawthorne (William Ellis) was left fighting for his life.
As viewers are aware, Freddie has been having trouble coming to terms with the reality that his father, Graham Foster, sexually assaulted Little Mo (Kacey Ainsworth). In recent scenes, he has confronted the perpetrator and demanded that he confess what he had done.
Meanwhile, Stacey, who has been stalked by Theo for months, is now afraid for her life.
Stacey went to court earlier this week in the hopes of obtaining a Stalking Prevention Order against Theo, but shockingly, the magistrate opted not to grant the order, a decision that has far-reaching repercussions.
Theo, who is plainly afraid of what he could do next, refuses to stay away from Stacey in Tuesday’s episode of the BBC One soap opera.
The twist stalker reiterates that he feels they were destined to be together and that he thinks Stacey loves him just as much as he ‘loves’ her.
Theo sneaks into No. 31 when Stacey is home alone in frightening scenes. Meanwhile, stunned by how callous Graham was, Freddie is in shock following his altercation with him.
He apologizes to Stacey after their argument earlier in the day, but as he enters the house, Theo is trying to rape Stacey.
Freddie is horrified and rushes into the battle, brutally beating Theo as he is furious about what has transpired.
Stacey is horrified as she watches Theo lie still in a pool of his own blood, fearful that Freddie has killed him.
How true is this, though? Is Theo really gone? What does this signify for Freddie, in any case?
Will this serve as Bobby Brazier’s departure plot because he will be taking a break from EastEnders to compete on Strictly Come Dancing?
