Following his arrest for the assault committed on stalker Theo Hawthorne (William Ellis), Freddie Slater’s (Bobby Brazier) future is in doubt on EastEnders.
As fans are aware, the well-known character found Theo trying to rape Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner) when he got home after a confrontation with his rapist father Graham Foster (Alex McSweeney).
In an effort to save his cousin, Freddie lost control and attacked the evil stalker Theo with such force that he left him lying in a pool of his own blood.
Theo was believed to be dead, and Freddie was certain that he would go to jail for defending Stacey.
Eve Unwin (Heather Peace), who entered the scene and sprung into action, did her best to make it appear as though Freddie was just acting in self-defense.
Nevertheless, Freddie was ultimately taken into custody by the police on charges of attempted murder despite their best attempts to spare him.
But will he be imprisoned for the rest of his life? Will Freddie’s tale come to such a sad conclusion?
The million-dollar question is that. The actor Bobby has already said that he would be written out of EastEnders when he participates on Strictly Come Dancing. It is unknown if this will be Freddie’s farewell moment, though.
In a statement earlier this year, the actor Bobby said: “I’m taking a sabbatical.” I’ve recorded everything, but I’m not telling you. I’ll return.
Bobby has already danced on the Strictly stage twice. In weeks one and two, he and partner Dianne Buswell wowed the audience with a lovely Foxtrot, while weeks three and four featured an energizing Charleston.
The EastEnders actor will do a Samba this week as part of Strictly’s distinctive Movies specialty.
The song was famously included in the 1998 Romeo + Juliet version, which elevated Leonardo DiCaprio and Clare Danes to stardom.
