Despite being engaged to Daniel Osbourne (Rob Mallard), Daisy Midgeley (Charlotte Jordan) is about to make a grave error in forthcoming Coronation Street scenes when she finds passion with Ryan Connor (Ryan Prescott).
After Ryan eventually posted a video to his fitness account showing his scars to his fans, which Daisy is proud of him for, they had a heated exchange.
According to actress Charlotte Jordan, “She’s incredibly proud.” I believe it has moved her much.
She wasn’t expecting him to do it so quickly, but I believe that she also senses that they have a strong connection because it was she who got through to him and told him that what he was doing wasn’t who he was and that he needed to come clean, and he did so promptly.
She now has further proof that they actually have a very fantastic link and connection, in my opinion.
She has attempted to maintain a gap between them, but Charlotte stated, “Well, here’s the issue, she understands what’s right and what’s wrong, so she absolutely follows her heart and lives to regret it every time.”
But she seems powerless to stop herself. When she is alone herself with him, they are bound together by their shared pain and the fact that no one else can relate to what they have through.
As Charlotte explained, when Daniel arrives on the door, things quickly get worse, horrifying Daisy and Ryan.
Pure dread and anxiety wash over her like a bucket of cold water, bringing her back to reality and making her realize the seriousness of what she’s done. And yes, I believe it to be merely dread and anxiety.
