In Emmerdale, Rhona Goskirk (Zoe Henry) is going to learn Gus and Lucy’s baby secret.
Recently, Marlon (Mark Charnock) ran met Rhona’s ex-boyfriend Gus and his girlfriend Lucy while visiting the hospital.
Observing Lucy’s growing baby bulge, Marlon was intrigued about the method of conception, as he was previously aware that the pair was not able to conceive normally.
Gus originally told Marlon lies, but in the end, he confessed that he had taken on Rhona’s identity in order to get a frozen embryo that she had kept during their time together. Since Rhona doesn’t now know about the theft, she also doesn’t know that Lucy is carrying her own child.
Next, a struggling Marlon surprises Rhona by revealing to her that Gus and Lucy are expecting a child.
As the day goes on, she really adds, “I wouldn’t have wanted to be the one to tell me either,” despite her initial outrage at Marlon for doing that. Zoe Henry commented, “She understands it.”
But actually, it’s simply the shock. Something that she firmly believed she had laid to rest fifteen years ago has returned and is getting closer. How can you even begin to realize how big that is? The news is incredibly startling, and she feels as like the rug has been yanked out from under her. There is no right or wrong way to respond to it. How on earth do you comprehend that?
Unable to handle the news, Rhona calls Ethan (Emile John) for legal counsel over what to do following the baby’s birth. He predicts a protracted court struggle with Gus and Lucy.

Rhona makes plans to talk with Gus after having a conversation with Marlon and Mary (Louise Jameson), but when he doesn’t show up, she chooses to go to his house, which is located outside of the village.
Rhona is horrified to see Gus attempting to flee while carrying bags when she gets there.
When Lucy appears, Rhona is thrown in disarray as she confronts Gus.
As they return to the village, Marlon and Mary worry more and more that Rhona has vanished.
When the well-known individual confronts Lucy about the pregnancy, things take a scary turn because Lucy collapses over in pain—she’s in labor!
Having no other option, Rhona tells Gus to assist Lucy into her car.
But knowing that Lucy is having a kid that she will be linked to, how will Rhona handle herself at the hospital?
Zoe said, “It’s awful, because he’s lied and he’s stolen,” in reference to Gus and Rhona getting back together.
In one scenario, April clarifies it by saying, “Oh, so he’s a thief,” as they attempt to explain what has transpired. And we say, “Yeah, that’s what he is, but that’s not what we should name him.” She is furious, as you would be, and it’s explosive. She declined. He made an effort to follow the correct procedures, seek for permission, and do the right thing. After giving it careful thought, she declined.
Of course, he just went ahead and completed the task nevertheless, and that is fraud and everything you shouldn’t be doing. She’s furious, and it’s really explosive.
