Terry the dog-abusing bandit had best watch his back because anybody who touches King Roy Cropper (David Neilson) is stepping on slippery ice with us.
In addition to holding Evelyn Plummer (Maureen Lipman) captive, he will soon be going after our favorite café owner.
The story began when Evelyn saw how cruelly he was treating a tortured dog and freed it from his grasp.
However, he is not done with the matter; he pursues her to the street with the intention of exacting vengeance in addition to taking the puppy, who is now known as Taylor, back.
He follows her to the store, where he bolts and menacingly demands to know where his dog is. He slams the door while she is inside.
With his back to her, he was clearly ready to go to great lengths to obtain information, which would make for a terrible encounter.
When Terry phones the garage and tells him to return the dog by 6:00 p.m. or else he’ll regret it, Tyrone (Alan Halsall) hopes that they’ve seen the last of Terry are shattered.
Knowing that Roy brought the puppy to the rescue facility has disturbed Tyrone. Evelyn understands that the only option left to them is to pick up the puppy from the rescue and give her back to Terry.
But will Terry catch up to Roy first, as he’s always close at hand? Will Terry do more to put Roy in danger, after having threatened him already?
Terry gets detained again later, but he gets out on bail quickly after, leaving his enraged people even more confused than before.
Will the brutal thug ever give them peace?
