On Coronation Street, Asha and Aadi Alahan (Tanisha Gorey and Adam Hussain) will shortly celebrate their birthdays. However, things don’t go as planned when Aadi annoys Amy Barlow (Elle Mulvaney).
The relationship between Amy and Aadi is troubled; the two just kissed, but Amy’s experience prevented her from feeling comfortable closeness.
But it’s certain that they both have affections for one another, and Asha and Nina Lucas (Mollie Gallagher) want Aadi to acknowledge this.
Upon learning that Dev Alahan (Jimmi Harkishin) had planned a birthday meal for the twins, neither of them finds the concept very appealing.
But Asha succeeds in persuading her brother to try it, and he promises to throw a party at his apartment afterward.
Aadi is urged to bite the bullet and tell Amy how he really feels when Asha and Nina learn that he has asked her to their birthday lunch.
Unfortunately, newcomer Bobby (Jack Carroll) asks Aadi if Amy is single, giving him some competition before he even has a chance.
Immediately feeling envious and envious, Aadi informs Bobby that she is no longer available.
Amy becomes quite irrational upon learning, as she is justifiably upset over having her relationship status dictated to her, and she announces that she will not be attending the birthday lunch.
Later, Aadi confides in Nina since he knows that she and Asha are also going through difficult times. The two then lean in and kiss.
Has Asha permanently destroyed his chances with Amy now that the truth has come to light?
